All advertising must be both truthful and accurate, and at no time should the general consumer mistake any of your advertising efforts as having come directly from Santa Barbara Solutions (SBS). We provide feedback and approval prior to any campaigns or initiatives going live.
MSRP / MAPSBS provides MSRP/MAP (Minimum Suggested Retail Pricing / Minimum Advertised Pricing) guidelines for all products. MAP pricing is considered confidential and no listings or advertisements should include any reference or inference to ‘MAP’or ‘minimum advertised price’. SBS recognizes that retailers can make their own decisions to sell any SBS products at the price of their choosing. SBS also reserves the right to terminate any account with any retailer that advertises any product inconsistent with this policy.
Use of Any of SBS ImagesSBS has product images available and active accounts are welcome to use them as needed. Photos of discontinued products may not be used at any time. Failure to comply with these terms may result in immediate suspension of your Wholesale/Retail Account. A list of current product listings can be found on our site or requested from us.
